1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

2. Shipping Destinations

Attarfy offers shipping to both domestic and international locations.
International shipping availability depends on the destination country and local regulations concerning fragrance products.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions without prior notice.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Attarfy is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@attarfy.com with relevant details and photographs.
