Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of fine fragrances and regulatory standards, Attarfy maintains a careful return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery and the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened flacons, sprayed bottles, customized sets, and promotional items cannot be returned.
3. Return Initiation
To initiate an inquiry or return, please email support@attarfy.com with your order details and reason for the request.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a flawed or incorrect shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an immediate replacement.
